Shalvey Poultry is a family owned limited company established in 1949, it operates from a state of the art purpose built facility outside Cootehill, Cavan, Ireland.

The company specialises in value added cooked bulk poultry and a wide variety of cooked ready to eat poultry products for the Retail, Catering and Foodservice markets in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. Processing is centered around Shalvey Poultry’s patented cooking process to offer it’s customers the highest quality products.

The company’s quality awards include BRC approval, ISO 9001:2000 and Excellence through people. New concepts and products are continually being developed to keep in line with market trends and customer requests.
