Slicing Instructions
These products are suitable for high speed slicing. They can be sliced from any starting point. Due to the nature of this product the sliced thickness can be reduced to 1mm with a slicing temperature of less than 4oC. These particular products can also be successfully sliced on a hand slicer if required.
