Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated between 0-4oC and consume within 2 days of opening
Slicing Instructions
We recommend a slicing temperature of 2oC. The turkey fillet should be placed on the slicing machine at an angle comparable with the natural angle of the bottom of the turkey fillet, holding the fillet tightly the operator should slice the product at this angle throughout to the end to minimise waste. Thickness of the slice should be 2.5mm to portray a natural carved turkey slice.
