Premium product, cooked on the bone for extra flavours and succulence with a roasted exterior. It can be provided on or off the bone. May be served hot or cold. This product is ideal for the catering and foodervice trade.

Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated between 0-4oC and consume within 2 days of opening

Slicing Instructions
We recommend a slicing temperature of 2oC. The turkey crown should be placed on the slicing machine at an angle comparable with the natural angle of the side of the crown holding the crown tightly the operator should slice the product at this angle until reaching the central bone. Thickness of the slice should be 2.5mm to portray a natural carved turkey slice. Smaller pieces of meat can be removed from the bone by hand and a sharp knife.
