Hand pulled cooked chicken breast that has been cooked on the bone with its skin on to retain full flavours and juices then manually removed after cooking. Completely natural appearance. Ideal as a main component to be added to hot stir frys or cold salads. Many flavours can be added to this product for sandwiches, panini's or wraps. Also available in breast and thigh meat.
