Company Overview

The Shalvey family have been established in the turkey business since 1949 and current operations are from a state of the art purpose built facility outside Cootehill, Co. Cavan, Ireland.

Shalvey Poultry Limited are specialist producers of cooked poultry and associated products for the Retail, Catering and Foodservice markets. The company is recognised through the Ma O'Shalvey brand but also have the capability to co-pack for customers.

Production is centred around strict hygeine controls and a patented cooking process. Quality awards include BRC Global Standard,  ISO9001:2000 & Excellence  Through People. Shalvey Poultry prides itself on their ability to offer flexible manufacturing and support for their customers.
